What have you been up to? I read blogs to get inspired…to take a break…to relax and laugh or smile or learn something new. I have my favorites and I can't wait to read them when I get a moment…just like old friends. It can be a long time between visits, but when you do get together, it is always a delight.
I don't plan to get better at writing this…nor do I promise to become a frequent blogger. But, I do promise to pop in once in a blue moon and share with you just what is going on in my world.
This winter has been complex… that is the best way to describe it. Nature provides me with such joy, that it is just great to have it near by. I never miss a chance to enjoy the outdoors.
Here are some photos of my adventures: (sorry… no work…all play this Winter).
Nik Wallenda takes a morning walk across
200 feet of Sarasota skyline!
The colors in our neighborhood.
Without snow, we enjoy tropical plantings
with lots of color.
Short visits to explore other areas
provide unexpected beauty.
This is a flamework glass piece by
Frabel, at the McKee Botanical Gardens
in Vero Beach.
Of course, we would never miss the
wonderful, amazing street chalk festival,
which is usually early in November.
The quality of the art never ceases to amaze me!
There is nothing like a sunset over the gulf,
and a great meal with friends, who have come to visit.
Until we meet again!
